Have an Issue?
If you are currently dealing with an issue
- If there is an emergency, call 999
- If you require more help, contact the other duty RA
- If the situation is serious and should be reported immediately to a Warden, please contact the Warden on duty.
- If a person has specifically requests a specific Warden and have a valid reason for it, contact the named Warden
- If you feel threatened, contact reception (FoH) for assistance and/or the other duty RA and/or the Warden (circumstance-dependent)
If you have dealt with an issue
- Submit an incident report (linked on header bar)
- Notify both Wardens via e-mail if serious
