The duty phones are OOO, so only the ResLife phone is available. This will be held by the Main Building duty RA, and will be placed under the monitors inside the Warden's Office when not in use. The PIN can be found in the RA WhatsApp description.

- Wardens welcomed team, discussed logistics regarding arrivals day
- Welcome day will be AHOD, Pret breakfast provided, welcome event scheduled for evening

- MB duty RA to complete on Sunday morning for coffee morning
- HPT duty RA to complete on Sunday morning for yoga and kickboxing

- Event subteams have been partitioned
- Each RA subteam to:
- Sign up for 2 September Welcome Events on spreadsheet, create posters by 10am 14 Sep
- Create 3 October events done by 25th Sep
- There will be 2 events each for November and December
- First ~5 days of arrivals will include a tour given by the duty RAs, on top of their other nominal duty commitments
